Our world that we live in is made up of energy, Energy vibrates at a certain frequency. Everything and everyone has a vibrational frequency, which is also known as auras, energy bodies, or light being. Everything that exists at a subatomic level is pure energy.


High vibrations are the feeling of LOVE, JOY, AND POSITIVITY, some people even call it charisma. when we are aligned with our mind, body, and soul we attract abundance and prosperity in our lives. The people who are vibrating at a low level are often, sad, depressed, guilty, and fearful, and attract more misery into their lives.


A person who is at a high vibrational state can manifest things faster and quicker than others, their intuitions are strong and exude happiness and confidence.


So how you can raise your vibrational frequency?



1) Meditate


Mindfulness is the best medicine for our soul. It gives you a sense of calm, balance, and peace that can benefit both your emotional well-being and your overall health and set you in a great mood. Meditation is one of the best use of time, it reduces anxiety and helps to concentrate more. People who meditate daily are more confident and relaxed than compared to the ones who don't. Doing it regularly will surely improve your way of living.



2) Drink Water

This might seem like a no-brainer to some people but drinking water is so crucial for us. Around 60% of our body is made up of water. Drinking water helps to maintain the balance of body fluids and also helps to maintain mental clarity. Your vibration drops, and your aura weakens when you are dehydrated, drinking water is the easiest yet most effective way to raise your vibrations.



3) Gratitude


Start your day with gratitude, by writing down the things you are grateful in life, that you already have, will put you in a frequency that allows you to receive more of those things. If we will bring more gratitude in our life it will make us happier and fulfilled Tony Robins has a quote

4) You Are What You Eat


when we eat an apple or a salad we usually feel proud of ourselves as we did something good for our body, because we did, we raised our vibrations. This is such an easy tool to elevate your vibrations so fast, it is too easy not to do. When we eat processed food, junk food, we are simply putting dead things into our body and usually feel low afterward.


Everything you eat becomes a part of not only your inner being but the outer fabric of your body as well. So, what are you waiting for, go ahead and add more veggies and fruits into your diet.




5) Listen To Music


Listen to music songs that inspire you and make you feel happy. I believe music itself is healing. Music can raise our vibration to the highest frequency, whether you are feeling low or sad in life, music can uplift you in no time. The higher the frequency of your energy the lighter you will feel in your physical, emotional, and mental body. Music influences the way we feel and act.


It is a wonderful tool, you can use it on a daily basis to get yourself vibrating at a higher frequency with minimal effort.



6) De-clutter Your Space


Working in a messy space will not be only distracting but also nasty. It creates stress and other negative emotions, clutter produces anxiety and can make people feel depressed.


" Cleanliness is godliness." Always ensure that you are working in a clean space, it will set you in a positive mood. A Clean home helps your emotional and mental health as well, and you vibrate on a higher level. 7) Do What Makes You Happy


Feeling happy or finding happiness in life is something we all seek. As kids, we were often told to follow our hearts and do what makes us happy.
