How To Make The Most Of Your Morning


When you arise in the morning think of what a precious privilege it to be alive, to breathe, to think and to love.    


For me, early morning is the best part of the entire day. Why not make it count, and live our life to the fullest!! In this post I would like to share some of my favourite morning routines, to help you motivate and to set the right mindset for the day.


We all are blessed to have another day in our life, lets be grateful to God for this lovely day. Gratitude will give you a positive attitude and it will make a big difference in your life. Gratitude will change your life for good, you will notice more uplifting feeling though out the day.


"Dreams are the window to our subconscious mind."Dream journaling helps you remember amazing ideas, improves creativity, it keeps your thought organized and allows you to self-reflect. What are you waiting for, WRITE IT ALL DOWN.


Meditation is one of the best use of time, it reduces anxiety, helps you to concentrate more and enhances your awareness. Meditation helps you to make good decisions at work and in life. meditating daily will make you more smarter and will enhance your awareness. Inculcating this habit will transform your life forever.


Sweat it out!!! Regular exercise is one of the best ways to feel energized and prepare you for the day. Expect to feel happier and optimistic. Regular exercise reduces the risk of heart disease. During exercise, your body releases chemicals that can improve your mood and make you feel more relaxed. Exercising can help you deal with stress as well.


Leaders are readers, so take some time out and read at least 30 mins a day, it will have a  huge impact on your life. You will gain more knowledge and will improve your communication skills. Reading strengthens our brain. The more knowledge you will have, the better-equipped you are to tackle any challenge you’ll ever face.


Nothing is better than listening to a great podcast in the morning, you will always learn something new and different. There are so many good ones out there. People who listen to podcasts regularly have a stronger and more vivid imagination Podcasts also help us become better listeners. 7. COLD SHOWER

It reduces stress level, increases will power and makes your circulatory system more efficient. Cold shower brings a glow to your face and body. Cold shower will boost your energy and it is known to be one of the best way to start your morning.


You should always start your day with a healthy meal, breakfast kick start your metabolism and gives you the energy you need to get things done. Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron, B vitamins, protein as well as fiber. So, never skip it.

" THE WAY YOU START YOUR DAY DETERMINES HOW WELL YOU WILL SPEND YOUR ENTIRE LIFE." When you start your day after a night of restful sleep, you will wake feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the day, starting with your new morning habits.
